Remote PROFIBUS monitoring at the SPS/IPC/DRIVES

At the SPS/IPC/DRIVES fair, PROCENTEC will highlight COMbricks - the only available product that is a modular repeater platform with a busmonitor and advanced signal oscilloscope inside.

After maintaining the technological lead for many years with ProfiTrace as the preferred PROFIBUS troubleshooting tool, PROCENTEC introduces another innovation with COMbricks; ProfiTrace integrated in repeaters.

The signal analysis is a "must-have" feature that all maintenance technicians require. PROCENTEC is the only source able to provide this solution. Technicians can stay behind their desk and remotely inspect PROFIBUS networks with PCs and mobile communication devices.

Global projects and a shortage of (qualified) technical staff members are causing significant capacity problems. COMbricks offers a solution by remotely monitoring PROFIBUS installations over the Ethernet and alerting the user by email. Because everything is based on a web server, additional software is NOT required.
